I cannot say enough great things about Appliance Solutions. Their customer service is absolutely fantastic, and they answered any/all questions I had about purchasing a new washer. They have a great selection of used/refurbished appliances and are super knowledgeable. I bought my new washer and they were able to come install the new model, as well as take my old broken model, the next day. They also sent text messages to me to remind me of my installation appointment, when they were on their way out to my house, and after installation to ensure I had a pleasant experience. I had the best experience with Appliance Solutions today! Unfortunately, I made the mistake of hiring a company that matches you with a “pro” so you don’t truly know what you are getting. After over paying (a lot) and having their “pro” come out twice we still couldn’t use our dryer so I turned to Appliance Solutions for help. It was the best decision I could’ve made! Tim was eager to find the solution even helping me troubleshoot over the phone (how awesome right!). When I ran into a road block and couldn’t do anymore myself he put me on the schedule for the very next day, talk about service! Levi come out and had our dryer up and running in no time! There’s something to be said about knowing the job is done correctly and at a fair cost. I HIGHLY advise you to choose Appliance Solutions for any and all of your appliances needs, you won’t be disappointed you did.
