Levi came out today to install a part to repair our side-by-side refrigerator. He was prompt, professional and very knowledgeable, not only with the repair on our side-by-side refrigerator but also gave me advice on making sure that the freezer in the garage refrigerator will keep working next winter. It didn’t this winter and everything had to be thrown out. Thank you, Levi! I will be passing the info on to others.
The staff at Appliance Solutions goes above and beyond. I talked face to face with Tori, and her knowledge and positive energy guaranteed that I will purchase from them again in the future. I also spoke with Tim, who was very honest about my expectations and pointed me away from making a purchase that wouldn’t suit my needs.

my storage freezer died 2-3 days ago and I wasn’t aware of it until last night. this same freezer needed a part last year and I remembered how helpful appliance solutions was. I saw what I needed online and drove to the showroom. explained my situation, and next thing you know, I have a new freezer and luckily enough same day delivery!! ( home depot and menards had nothing)
After calling the manufacturer, the appliance retailer that sold us the washer, who was booked out two and a half weeks, I called Appliance Solutions. I accidentally called the after hours line, but Tom (I think that was his name) picked up. To make a long story short, he was trouble shooting with me via text after we discussed a service call, it took him about 2 hours with detailed coaching, and we were able to get the machine to drain. This guy was a breath of fresh air in the times we are living in. He was genuinely helpful and professional. I will definitely be calling them again.
Very helpful in answering questions. Appliances are in amazing shape and also the prices are phenomenal! Definitely recommend it to anyone looking for great deals on used appliances.

Their services are excellent! They have gone out of their way to fix my problem dryer. You rarely see this type of above and beyond service now a days. I also bought a used washer that I just love. I told them what I was looking for and they were able to quickly direct me to the types of machines that met my needs. I would give them 10 stars if I could!!!

Our service was completed quickly and on-time and our appliance has worked great ever since. We appreciated the quick response and courteous (and knowledgeable) service. I cannot say enough great things about Appliance Solutions. Their customer service is absolutely fantastic, and they answered any/all questions I had about purchasing a new washer. They have a great selection of used/refurbished appliances and are super knowledgeable. I bought my new washer and they were able to come install the new model, as well as take my old broken model, the next day. They also sent text messages to me to remind me of my installation appointment, when they were on their way out to my house, and after installation to ensure I had a pleasant experience. I had the best experience with Appliance Solutions today! Unfortunately, I made the mistake of hiring a company that matches you with a “pro” so you don’t truly know what you are getting. After over paying (a lot) and having their “pro” come out twice we still couldn’t use our dryer so I turned to Appliance Solutions for help. It was the best decision I could’ve made! Tim was eager to find the solution even helping me troubleshoot over the phone (how awesome right!). When I ran into a road block and couldn’t do anymore myself he put me on the schedule for the very next day, talk about service! Levi come out and had our dryer up and running in no time! There’s something to be said about knowing the job is done correctly and at a fair cost. I HIGHLY advise you to choose Appliance Solutions for any and all of your appliances needs, you won’t be disappointed you did.
